Kim Hyun Joong's DNA test results say the probability of the child being his is...

Results to Kim Hyun Joong's DNA test is out, and, well, it's 99.9999%. 

TV Report was told by the SNU (the lab that performed the test), "The two of them are biologically related as father and child. The result is higher than the standard rate of determining whether the parent is related to the child. Various genes agree with this result."

Ms. Choi's side further revealed results from the lab, revealing that the paternal index was higher than 2,000,000 and the probability was higher than 99.9999% that Kim Hyun Joong was the father of her child. Even when mutations are taken into consideration, the paternal index is 1,392,028.67, and the probability remains at 99.9999%. 

Her lawyer further claimed, "During the two years she lived with Kim Hyun Joong, she was impregnated 5 times, and we have submitted 66 pieces of evidence for the damage suit. We also submitted evidence of his violence, as can be seen below in Chart 2. However, Kim Hyun Joong has only submitted 23 pieces of evidence and has especially submitted no evidence on blackmail. During the trials, he has admitted to 3 cases of miscarriage, abortion, and birth, and is denying the other two cases of abortion and miscarriage. They demand evidence for the child that was miscarried, aborted, and birthed to be Kim Hyun Joong's child, and is repeatedly offending a child who has already gone as well as the mother."

They asserted that Kim Hyun Joong also held unnecessary press conferences and media plays, saying, "Without any evidence, he made the mother of his child into a fraudulent blackmailer and defamed her character, and said multiple times that if it was not his child, she would have to take responsibility. From now on, he will have to apologize and reflect upon his actions that murdered her character, and show responsibility as the father of a child and protect the rights of his child and the mother of his child."

Kim Hyun Joong's side says they will prove he wasn't violent towards Ms. Choi

After DNA results proved that Kim Hyun Joong is 99.9999% the father of Ms. Choi's baby, his lawyer has stepped forward to declare that Kim Hyun Joong didn't use violence on Ms. Choi and have her suffer a miscarriage. 

Lee Jae Man, Kim Hyun Joong's legal representative, said, "The proof that [Ms. Choi] suffered a miscarriage and that [Kim Hyun Joong] demand that she have an abortion? There is no such proof. We dug up the truth and discovered that at the time, Ms. Choi wasn't pregnant. According to Ms. Choi's side, she had told Kim Hyun Joong before she went to the hospital and after checking with a simple pregnancy test [that she was pregnant]. However, the hospital told her that she wasn't pregnant, and she fooled Kim Hyun Joong into thinking that she was." 

Lee continued, "As discord was wrought between Kim Hyun Joong and Choi for what she told him, she lied that Kim Hyun Joong made her suffer a miscarriage by being violent towards her. Shocked by what Choi said, Kim Hyun Joong had given her 600 million KRW (~$510,660 USD). But once the baby was born, Choi filed suit for 1.6 billion KRW (~$1.4 million USD). When we refused to come to terms with them, they once again spread falsities. We now plan on focusing all our might on uncovering the truth." 

Lee also raised the suspicion of why Choi had not given birth the first several times that she was pregnant. He said, "If you consider how she asked for 5 million KRW (~$4,253 USD) for 19 years, her request for 600 million KRW (~$510,342 USD), and her lawsuit for 1.6 billion KRW (~$1.4 million USD), if she had really given birth before then, she could have easily asked for those things; why didn't she give birth sooner? Based on hospital records, her first child was born naturally. [Choi] claims that her second pregnancy ended in a miscarriage but if you look at the records, there is no proof that she was pregnant. There is no truth behind the violence or her pregnancy. Choi keeps bringing up the abortions and the miscarriage she suffered from violence, but the only time she got an abortion was last July." 

Lee further stated, "Afterwards, Kim Hyun Joong stayed with Choi because she asked him to; that's when she became pregnant. At the time Kim Hyun Joong's parents had said, 'Shouldn't you guys get married,' but if you consider these lawsuits, then we can't help but get suspicious."
