Leader Seol was enraged after suffering a big damage from Jung Tae's attack. He uses opium distribution as a decoy to trap Jung Tae, but instead he 'shoots himself on the foot' (ruining himself) by his own evil deeds. 
With the war clouds hanging over Shanghai, Jung Tae tries to make Bangsamtong a safe and protected place for the refugees.
