[Announcement] Have some words to say to Hyun Joong?

Dear Henecians,

Good news! There will be a collection of fans’ letters and messages from all around the world specially for Hyun Joong!!

This is a small-scale project(?) that GLOBAL HENECIA will be holding and it will be divided into two sections. The first part will be revealed in this post while the second part will need your votes in order for it to be launched!

Please note that fans’ letters and messages received will be kept private and confidential, and it will also be conveyed to Hyun Joong through proper medium.

Part 1:

In the upcoming Phantasm World Tour 2014 in Bangkok, a corner have been allocated to exhibit fans’ posters outside the concert venue, all thanks to Hyuniversal0606! Since GLOBAL HENECIA is not a fan club and does not represent anyone, our poster will consist of short messages from fans in any parts of the world that you would want to convey to Hyun Joong.

The poster size is approximately W*H = 100cm x 200cm. Hence, it would be best to keep your messages short yet meaningful and concise.

Since the number of messages per poster is limited too, messages will be selected on first received first basis and its appropriateness/manner to Hyun Joong.

The poster design will be revealed on 7th August 2014 ONLY to fans who have sent in their messages. All message contents will be kept private and confidential until 24th August 2014 when the poster is exhibited.

Details for the poster:
Title: Words WE Want to Say to YOU (너에게 하고 싶은 말)
Size: 100cm x 200cm
Number of messages: Approximately 12-15 messages (1 message/person or FC)
Word limit: Not exceeding 25 words including ‘I want to say…’

How to send it to GLOBAL HENECIA?
1) Email title: <PHANTASM WT 2014 in Bangkok> Part 1: Message for poster
2) Content:- Indicate your ID/name (optional) + your country.
- Message MAY start with ‘I want to say…’ (to complement the title of the poster)
- Message may be in any language you are comfortable with.** 
- If possible, please attach the message in a PDF format.  
3) Send it to: global_606@daum.net
4) Deadline: 7th August 2014, 1500pm KST

** A simple English translation will be needed to verify the content of your message to avoid any bashful messages being posted on our poster.
**  You may switch ‘I want to say..’ to your language too.
