[ENG/RO]Kim Hyun Joong’s Reps: “His Ex’s Records Show No Sign ofPregnancy or Miscarriage”
The May 16 broadcast of KBS’ “Entertainment Weekly” released a report on Kim Hyun Joong’s current situation in the ongoing legal battle between the singer-actor and his ex-girlfriend, Ms. Choi.
Through this broadcast, Kim Hyun Joong’s attorney stated, “In the photos taken [with Kim Hyun Joong] at Jeju Island on June 7, just days after May 30 [when she was allegedly assaulted], she has no scars on her face and no bruises on her arms. She claims that she suffered a miscarriage during pregnancy due to abuse, but her records state nothing related to pregnancy nor miscarriage.”
Photos taken of Kim Hyun Joong and his ex-girlfriend during a trip to Jeju Island around the time of the alleged incident were revealed on “Entertainment Weekly.”
In response to this, Ms. Choi’s side shared, “There are plenty of text messages that were sent back and forth [between Kim Hyun Joong and Ms. Choi] during their relationship. The whole truth will be revealed in court.”
Meanwhile, Kim Hyun Joong enlisted in the army on May 12 and is currently receiving basic military training for five weeks.

Ca răspuns,partea lui Choi a declarat " sunt dovezi ca au fost trimise mesaje între cei doi in timpul relatiei.Adevarul va fi dezvăluit la tribunal ."
In prezent KHJ este in armata unde face antrenamentul de baza timp de 5 săptămâni.

Hello, I’m Kim Hyun Joong.
There was hardly a chance to greet (you)
and finally here comes the farewell greetings.
To be honest, I was utmost regretful all this while.
As a public figure, I couldn’t convey my thoughts,
That I have to go hiatus to reflect on my immature self,
and it was indeed a tough period spent.
I’ve also given a lot of thought on how should I convey my apologies and farewell earnestly.
To all my fans in my heart…no..
I have two feelings to convey to all my fans.
Apologies, gratitude…
Many of you have given me a lot of emotional support during the hardest time.
The never-changing trust for me more than I could take, how could I repay all these…
And to those who were angry and hurt (after the news) because of me, I don’t know how I should convey (my apologies) but I’m taking it as an heavy debt (as I enlist).
Of course it’s a fact that every men born in this piece of land (South Korea) will be enlisted into the army, but finally when it’s my turn, I’m feeling a little nervous.
I always thought that I have been working hard and living ambitiously all this while…but when the day finally comes, I’m feeling nervous…
But anyway, in the next 2 years, I believe I will venture on a whole new path.
As a man, an entertainer, a responsible public figure.
I will come back maturely.
Throughout the past 1 year, I have lived under the love and support that I have received and felt from my family, friends, colleagues, people whom I am grateful to, and fans.
I will return once after I complete my duties, as a better person, if not a perfect individual.
I promise to greet you again with smiles on the day of my return, and this ends my letter.

Multi dintre voi mi a ti dat mult suport emotional in cel mai greu timp.
Neschimbata incredere pt mine m ai multa decat as fi putut primi.cum as putea plati toate astea...
Si celor care s au suparat si au fost raniti( dupa aparitita stirilor) din cauza mea,nu stiu cum ar trebui sa ma exprim(scuzele),dar o i au ca pe o datorie grea.
Desigur ca fiecare barbat nascut pe aceasta bucatica de pamant(Coreea de Sud) va fi inrolat in armata,dar in cele din urma,cand este randul meu,ma simt un pic nervos.
Mereu m am gandit ca am muncit din greu si am trait ambitios in tot acest timp...dar cand in sfarsit vine ziua, ma simt nervos....
Dar oricum..in urmatorii 2 ani,cred ca ma voi aventura pe un drum nou.
Ca un barbat,artist,o persoana publica responsabila.
Voi reveni matur.
De a lungul anului trecut am trait sub dragostea si suportul pe care le am primit si simtit din partea familiei mele,prietenilor,colegilor ,oamenilor carora le sunt recunosctor si fanilor.
Ma voi intoarce dupa ce mi voi indeplinii atributiile,ca o persoana mai buna,daca nu ca un individ perfect.
Promit sa ma salut din nou cu zambete in ziua reintoarcerii mele ,si asa se incheie scrisoarea mea.

Kim Hyun Joong's side says that ex-girlfriend is not providing sufficient evidence
Kim Hyun Joong‘s side is claiming that his ex-girlfriend Choi has yet to provide sufficient evidence proving that she indeed had a miscarriage last year, or is currently pregnant with his child.
Previously, the star’s ex-girlfriend Choi claimed that she suffered a miscarriage due to abuse from the actor. In response, Kim Hyun Joong’s representative announced that there was no evidence proving that Choi was pregnant and suffered miscarriage.
Kim Hyun Joong’s legal representative Lee Jae Man told media outlet X Sports News on May 12, “The medical report from last May that Choi has submitted says, ‘It is not pregnancy, please come back later.’ Afterwards, it says, ‘It was a natural miscarriage.’ There is no record of the actual pregnancy in between.”
He continued, “She doesn’t have any evidence to prove that she was pregnant. We have requested that she provide us with a diagnosis confirming her pregnancy, but they have not responded to us.”
The lawyer also added, “The only evidence of the pregnancy that they have revealed is the conversation between Choi and Kim Hyun Joong. But even this conversation appears to be fabricated by Choi.”
To settle the previous legal case regarding abuse, Kim Hyun Joong gave Choi 600 million won (approx. US$547,000) on September 16, 2014. Choi withdrew her charges on September 17. Kim Hyun Joong’s lawyer commented, “We suggested 30 million won, but after Choi refused, we ultimately ended up settling for 600 million won.”
He further exposed, “Choi’s side demanded that we would have to compensate another 600 million won if it was revealed that the case was settled financially. But Choi revealed this herself in an interview, that she settled because of her love for Kim Hyun Joong.”
Kim Hyun Joong’s representative continued to explain, “We have always expressed that he will take responsibility, if Choi’s child is indeed his. But Choi is not giving us any proof that it is actually his child. We will be taking further legal steps after confirming the truth in court.”
Of the 1.6 billion won Choi is currently demanding, 1 billion is to compensate for the emotional damage from the miscarriage, and 600 million is for publicizing the settlement from the earlier case. In February, Choi claimed that she was pregnant with the actor’s child, but Kim Hyun Joong’s side has denied this claim.
[ENG/RO]Kim Hyun Joong Enlists for Military Service, Bae Yong Joon Sees Him Off
The singer-actor arrived at the sight of the enlistment ceremony around noon KST on May 12. He arrived at the training camp in a van with his manager and a few people from his company, KeyEast. Numerous fans and reporters were present at the gate, but he entered the camp privately without any special event or announcement.
An acquaintance of Kim Hyun Joong told Newsen, “He entered the camp in the car, like everyone else. He will be part of the enlistment ceremony at 2 p.m. We are sorry that he couldn’t say goodbye to the fans who showed up.”
Many fans showed up at the site with signs that read, “We are only Kim Hyun Joong’s fan,” and “Kim Hyun Joong! Please be safe, we are waiting because it’s you.” Fans from China and Japan, among other countries, were reportedly present to catch a last glimpse of their star.
Famous actor and KeyEast representative Bae Yong Joon accompanied him to the ceremony. Along with KeyEast’s executives and associates from Japan, they had a meal together in a restaurant close to the camp.
After completing his basic training, Kim Hyun Joong will serve in the military as an active-duty soldier. He is expected to be discharged on February 11, 2017.

Dupa incheierea formarii sale,KHJ va servi in armata ca un soldat activ.
