HJ side's official response "They will sue the ex-gf for defamation and blackmail"

On 11 May 2015, Lawyer Lee responded that the allegation of miscarriage due to assault was not true and they will take legal actions against such allegation.

Last August, Choi sued HJ for assault. The allegation now was that the 'assault' on 30 May 14 had led to her miscarriage on 30 June 2014. Lawyer Lee said that after the assault allegation was reported, Choi had continuously threatened HJ that she would report that he assaulted a pregnant woman to defame him publicly. HJ was scared of her threats and suggested a settlement amount of 300 million won. But Choi continued and demanded 600 million won! On 16 September 2014, HJ gave her the 600 million won and she withdrew the assault charges.

HJ's lawyer added that the alleged miscarriage and current pregnancy were all one-sided allegation by Choi. When HJ went with her to the hospital, Choi would go in to the hospital alone while HJ could only wait in the car park. He can't go in with her! It was only recently that the pregnancy report was received by HJ side.

And on the settlement agreement, it was stated that her taking of the 600 million won cannot be disclosed or made known publicly. Otherwise, she will sue them for breach of contract! Yet, Choi, on receiving the 600 million won on 16 September 2014, told the media publicly that it was because of her love for him that she withdrew the charges and claimed that she did not take any settlement money!!!

HJ lawyer added that what was settled last year was once again being raised. If what she had said is true then it would tantamount to defamation. If she lied then it would tantamount to blackmailing, especially when she took an amount of >500 million won. The legal penalty will be different.

HJ lawyer said that Choi had indicated she would use legal proceedings to prove if it was true or not.

Pe11 mai 2015, Avocat Lee a raspuns afirmatiei despre avortul din cauza asaltului ca nu era adevarat si vor lua masuri legale impotriva unei astfel de afirmatii.
In august, Choi l a dat in judecata pentru agresiune pe HJ. Afirmatia a fost acum ca "atacul" de pe  30 mai 2014  a dus la avort spontan la 30 iunie 2014. Avocatul Lee a spus ca, dupa plangerea facuta, Choi l a amenintat continuu pe HJ ca l va denunta ca a atacat o femeie gravida pt a-l defaima public. HJ a fost speriat de amenintarile ei si i a sugerat o suma de 300 de milioane de won pt a nu face asta. Dar Choi a continuat si a cerut 600 de milioane de woni.Pe 16 septembrie 2014, HJ i a dat 600 de milioane de woni si ea a retras acuzatiile de asalt.

Avocatul lui HJ a adaugat ca pretinsa sarcina si avortul au fost toate afirmate de Choi. Cand HJ mers cu ea la spital, Choi a mers singura in spital ,in  timp ce HJ a asteptat o in parcare. El nu a putut merge cu ea! Abia recent raportul despre sarcina fost primit de partea lui HJ.
In ceea ce priveste  acordul de decontare, s a constatat ca primirea a 600 de milioane de woni nu poate fi divulgata sau facuta publica. In caz contrar, ea il da in judecata pentru incalcarea contractului! Cu toate acestea, Choi, la primirea 600 de milioane woi pe 16 septembrie 2014, a declarat presei public ca din cauza dragostei ei pentru el si-a retras acuzatiile si a sustinut ca nu a luat nici un ban pt prejudiciu !!!
 Avocatul lui KHJ a adugat ca ceea ce s a fost incheiat anul trecut  a fost din nou invocat. Daca ceea ce a spus este adevarat, atunci ar echivala cu defaimare. Daca ea a mintit atunci ar insemna santaj, mai ales atunci cand  a luat o suma de> 500 de milioane woni. Pedeapsa legala va fi diferita.

 Avocatul lui HJ a spus ca Choi a indicat ca va folosi procedurile legale pentru a dovedi daca e adevarat sau nu.
